Do I need to know anything about AI before getting in touch?
Not at all. Our Discovery Conversation is specifically designed for business owners who are hearing about AI tools for the first time. We start from where you are, not from where we think you should be.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A Discovery Conversation is a single session. The Process Companion Package runs three to four weeks. Our Steady Guidance Retainer is months-long but can be paused or reduced at any point — you define how long it continues.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We primarily work with small businesses in the Klang Valley and Selangor — retail shops, service providers, small offices, and family-run operations. If you have a team of two to twenty and you're curious about AI, we're a good fit.
What are the fees and how are they charged?
Our Discovery Conversation is RM 700. The Process Companion Package is RM 1,450 for the full three-to-four week engagement. The Steady Guidance Retainer is RM 2,340 per month, with scope agreed beforehand. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit.
What if we decide the tools aren't suitable for us?
That's a completely valid outcome. If after a Discovery Conversation we don't see a clear fit, we'll tell you honestly rather than propose something for the sake of it. The summary we give you remains yours and may still be useful down the road.
Is our business data kept private?
Yes. We treat everything shared with us as confidential. We do not share, sell, or reference client information outside the scope of the engagement. A simple confidentiality agreement is available if you'd prefer that in writing.
