We take time to understand your daily routine and gently point to a few areas where simple tools could ease manual work. You receive a short, plain-language summary to keep, with no obligation to proceed. Designed for those entirely new to the subject.
What's included:
- A focused session (typically 90 minutes) to understand your business operations
- Identification of 1–3 areas where simple AI tools could reduce manual effort
- Plain-language written summary of findings and suggestions
- Honest note on where AI is unlikely to help

Process Companion Package

A hands-on package for teams who have chosen one modest improvement to try. Over three to four weeks we configure the tool with your staff, prepare clear reference notes, and check in to resolve small issues. We keep the rollout gentle and the team firmly in control of the pace.
What's included:
- Scoping call to agree on the one process to improve
- Tool selection and configuration alongside the relevant staff
- Reference notes and a short usage guide for the team
- Two follow-up check-ins during the first weeks of use
- Adjustments based on what the team finds difficult

Steady Guidance Retainer

A months-long companionship for owners who value a familiar advisor on call. It includes regular review calls, considerate suggestions as your needs shift, and small adjustments to keep tools genuinely helpful. The scope is agreed with you, and you can pause or scale it down whenever it suits.
What's included:
- Two scheduled review calls per month
- Availability for questions between calls
- Small adjustments to tools and workflows as needed
- Proactive suggestions when relevant new tools become available
- Scope reviewed and agreed at the start of each month
